Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Mentoryex Coaching Management SaaS Platform. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Account Terms
To utilize the platforms, users must be registered via invitation tokens from an authorized Coaching Institute Admin. You must provide complete registration details and are responsible for maintaining account credential confidentiality.
2. Platform Subscription & Dues
- Admins subscribe to plans based on tiered monthly or yearly terms.
- Students pay tuition invoices via integrated gateways (Razorpay/bKash).
- Unpaid invoices or subscription expirations may lead to account deactivation or access limitations.
3. Prohibited Usage
You may not utilize the platform for illegal actions, data harvesting, or concurrent multi-device logins meant to bypass authentication limits. We reserve the right to suspend or block users found violating system guidelines.
4. Service Modifications
Mentoryex reserves the right to introduce new modular Add-ons, adjust subscription levels, or temporarily suspend services for system updates or maintenance.
5. Limitation of Liability
Mentoryex and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from database connection issues, payment callback delays, or custom domain routing errors.
